This was our first stay. We had picked the Belle Vue from the internet and were so glad we did. We stayed for five nights, and had a wonderful time, it was hard to leave. Superb accomodation, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Very welcoming hosts, excellent breakfast. The standard overall was absolutely superb.

Carolyn and Steve are great hosts; we felt as their family members.
The room was very clean, comfortable, with fabulous view from the big window. This place allowed us to see the gorgeous starry sky which one couldn't see in busy towns.

There was a double bathtub, a double shower and a private hot tub. It was very quiet and in the middle of a rainforest. The Wild Pacific Trail was just a couple minutes walk and so was the Pacific Ocean. It was very relaxing and the owners were very nice. -

The location high over the east end of Cowichan Lake. Friendly hostess, Cindy. Husband also very welcoming. The bathroom and the soaker tub, well appointed and inviting. King bed, comfortable mattress. Quiet location. Quiet house at night. The sounds of the lake activities rising up to the house, and then going quiet as dusk approached. -

I loved the heritage features of the house. It is beautifully restored and maintained.
