  The bed was fantastic. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. Even stayed and slept in as late as I could. Room was spacious and fairly quiet. Ice & pop machines were just a few doors down hall from the room - I always get the best possible sleep at the Inn. It feels comfortable, familiar and inviting.   I had a private room for a really good price, though small I had a fridge and lots of cupboards above the bed. Comfortable and quiet despite having a bar downstairs, soundproofing was very good couldn't hear other guests when in my room. Ocean Island does cheap meals and has a great atmosphere downstairs, it is a bit of a party place but as I am ... lo que la gente dice » over 40 not really my thing this didn't disturb me felt . I wasn't keen on my original room as was a bit stuffy but reception offered me an alternativ - We loved our stay in this hotel! We got a room with a private bathroom, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel's staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great - was close to everything we needed in downtown. The price was great too! I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again next time we are in Victoria.
