We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able
to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really

mobility issues. I assume letsbookhotel.com did not send this information to
the hotel. We ended up on second floor in Romm 245. The otel has now
placed that info on file for our next visit

I stayed in Suite 302, a lovely 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the harbour and the beauty of Victoria. I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

While pricey - this resort is worth every penny - the rooms are beautifully appointed with excellent views of the bay, ocean or forest. The Wild Pacific Trail is easily accessed and enjoyed from the lodge. The restaurant and cafe were well priced with excellent menus. Ucluelet is a great town for wildlife viewing - stay around this area for the best chance at sea otters.

This motel is a great deal. While the building is a little old, it's well maintained and very clean with comfortable beds/pillows. Definitely our choice of places to stay when we visit Victoria.

The hotel rate is reasonable and its quality is decent. It is well located just outside of Duncan town close to Superstore supermarket, bank and other amenities. Our room was roomy with kitchenette and balcony. We like the laminated hardwood floor which help with our allergy. The staff was friendly and helpful. -
