  The Quadra Island location is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and we found the restaurant pretty good. They cooked our salmon and it was fabulous. They have free boat transportation to and from Painter's Lodge(their sister property), We were very satisfied. - Beautiful location overlooking the water ,a cottage like atmosphere.Very friendly ... lo que la gente dice » courteous welcoming staff.Great fishing experiences with great guides and very pleasant dock crew.I love that there is provisions for dog family members.

  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Great food, service, price and decor Was just a night stay, but woul... lo que la gente dice » d definitely stay there again and have recommended the restaurant to my family fwho live in Victoria. - I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.
