We've never slept on as luxurious and comfy beds as those in our room at the Days Inn in Nanaimo. It was like sleeping on a cloud! (The mattress cover and duvet were down-filled!) Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff were most polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After traveling for close to two weeks it was nice to have guest laundry which was accessible and clean. they even offered to provide the laundry soap.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle in the kitchenette, just perfect for traveling with children. When I booked, I asked for a room on first level as my husband had
mobility issues. I assume letsbookhotel.com did not send this information to
the hotel. We ended up on second floor in Romm 245. The otel has now
placed that info on file for our next visit

This motel is a great deal. While the building is a little old, it's well maintained and very clean with comfortable beds/pillows. Definitely our choice of places to stay when we visit Victoria.

The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The wonderfully groomed landscape and gardens are a very special part of why we choose to return, as is the ocean vistas. Every room at the resort has an ocean view.

Taking the shuttle over to April Point on Quadra Island is a fun option
- and yes, cruise-ships, tugs with their barges, fishing boats and
pleasure craft all add to the charm. -
The thing that impressed me the most was how well the front desk people handled a rather difficult customer, as I waited to be served. All other staff that I encountered were very accommodating and helpful. The facilities and setting were also impressive. Thanks for a great stay. I hope to revisit with my wife.

I liked the fact that the first two floors are dog friendly and we could bring our dog with us for our stay. I liked the convenience of the small town literally steps from our resort and I liked the fact that it had a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub.
