It was fantastic! Definitely a little cozy place away from home. It was a very vintage looking hotel, but the quality of appliance, bed, washroom etc was up kept. Front desk service was excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The bed was phenomenal, I am a finicky sleeper and I had no trouble falling asleep. One quirk, the shutters open on the outside, meaning one can "peak" inside the bathroom. I recently stayed here for 1 week while attending a conference. The
hotel was an amazing place to stay that is within walking distance to
shops, conference centre, metro and old Montreal. I have never come
across such helpful, thoughtful and kind staff anywhere else in the

downtown tourist points are all in a walking distance) and public
transportation (all metro lines are in a walking distance and the bus
stop to/from the airport

The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room.
