Die Lage des Hotels, nahe der St. Catherine Street hat uns gefallen. Wenn man gerne läuft ist auch die schöne Altstadt gut zu erreichen (ca. 20.Min). Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer und grosses Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders Marc, ein Concierge, ist uns durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft und seine unkomplizierte Freundlichkeit aufgefallen. -

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room.
