This place is really good for the price and location! You get all the benefits of an apartment with cooking facilities and a living room etc for a very reasonable cost with only a short walk to Old Montreal. The apartments are spotlessly clean and there are even fitness facilities in the building (ool included)..Company who rents it is very professional, reliable and flexible. Would definitely recommend this place!.

Great apartment at 400 De L'Inspecteur. 7 min walk to Victoria Square metro. Thank you, Lina!. They were booked out so we got upgraded to a brand new, fully furnished luxury loft. Very spacious, huge LCD, our own Wifi connection, laundry facilities in the room, full kitchen with all amenities and an extra bedroom. Well appointed, clean, spacious room and secure access to accommodation levels for main lobby. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good pool and gym. Would certainly recommend to friends. Loved the pool and having a kitchenette.King bed was great! Washer,dryer and dishwasher were great additions to our vacation,since our 2 young grandkids were with us . Right in the middle of everything. Safe neighborhood. Great fitness center. minor problems with WIFI connection. Not that we didn't like something, but more fresh towels would be nice. Street parking as their lots were fully booked. Nothing we didn't like, but just one comment for improvement. As this was an apartment, it would have been good to have very basic provisions at arrival ie, a few tea bags, coffee and long life milk - before having to go to the supermarket (which was only 1 block away though). We booked a ONE BEDROOM and were given a studio instead.The "bed" for the kids was inadequate,and the table was impossible to sit at as a family for a meal. Parking not included. Shocked to find out actual apartment was not in 400 Sherbrooke but few blocks away. Nothing. The arrangement with picking up the key at an alternate location was not convenient. Parking was also a challenge. There were no instructions on how to trun the fire place on, but still an amazing romantic getaway. Noisy neighbours on both sides - very little sleep the first night. Second night was great after we complained. I think we were unlucky. the front dest service, and the parking set up, needs to be more organized and explained at check n. Venetian blinds showing some wear, shower curtain instead of screen. First of all got over charged without c-stays knowing, then had to stay in one of the bedrooms for a nite tht I dindt even pay for and called services and they gave me wrong parking details almost got my car towed. Pool was freezing. Whirlpool looked dirty so did not go in. Thought $75 charge to leave car in the garage for 2 hours was very expensive given we had vacated the apartment so no one was inconvenienced by the extra time (garage had plenty of open spots). Check in procedure was not in the same location as the apartment. dryer didn't start missed a blanket for the night, cold toiletroll holder was loose on the wall - needed fixing. Matress has to be changed. Had a hard time getting good sleep. Check in/out all done via internet. TV Channels. I originally booked for 5 nights. However, after one night my plans changed and I had to change my booking. I informed the management and received an email confirming that my new checkout date was going to be after 3 nights. However - my credit card was charged for the full 5 nights. I intend to formally complain to both letsbookhotel.com and the mystudiomontreal.com. i was not told that i would be walking into a suite that was currently under renovations. the fumes of fresh paint gave me a headache and had to keep the sliding door open all night to get fresh air and it was freezing cold.
