Nice clean modern looking hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they were very nice to my daughter, so major points! It was very clean, and the view of the city is great! they have this pub there as well, now I don't drink, but the food was amazing. the porterhouse chicken was great, and the rizzoto! great! very happy we came, and the price! so cheap! thanks THC!

The room was very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities (indoor waterslide and hot-tub). The room was well fitted out and in great condition and modern. The only hotel we have stayed in with such a comprehensive channel selection. -

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

We liked the fact that the management and staff were all very friendly,

asked for an upper floor room and we got it. Anything we asked for we

this place was a gem in an otherwise uninspiring town. the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a room with a view. Although it was a fair way from the centre of town, we saw this as an advantage as it had a great outlook over the surrounding hills and there was a shopping centre nearby. The Chinese restaurant next door served a wonderful meal.

The hotel's location is good, for a stopover on the way to Whistler from Jasper. The design of the hotel was very pleasant and it was comfortable and clean. -
I love the fenced pet-run you have on locaqtion and your staff was very sweet with my Golden Retriever and spoiled him with treats and affections!

They had great food for kids & myself, the room was fantastic, very clean & comfortable as well, pricing was reasonable for everything. Kids loved the pool & I was able to just stay in the room to relax the staff watched the kids on video camera until they got out. They packed us some muffins for the next morning along with some butter

Keith was the night manager who greeted me as I entered the lobby and was very friendly and helpful! I had stayed there last September and the room was clean and bright. This time I was delighted to find that they had even made it nicer by having updated the linens, mattress and light fixtures, plus the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom seemed nicer than last time! Riverland is on the river and not far off the highway in an industrial area. Next door is a cafe so that was convenient for dinner. There is a tiny breakfast room, a little pool and lots of grassy lawn with chairs and tables along the river. Definitely upgrade to a river room. Otherwise, the rooms face the parking lot and industrial area. -

The price was very reasonable to start with and then we were upgraded to a suite for the same price. The rooms were extremely clean...the sink and bathtub actually shone. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. The location for us was perfect. We would definatly stay here again and would highly recommend it. -
