Great hotel for a quick night en route to Jasper. Breakfast was nice, there was a swimming pool present. Rooms were very nice. Location is very convenient, right next to the highway. We didn't hear the highway anyway. -

Nice clean modern looking hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they were very nice to my daughter, so major points! It was very clean, and the view of the city is great! they have this pub there as well, now I don't drink, but the food was amazing. the porterhouse chicken was great, and the rizzoto! great! very happy we came, and the price! so cheap! thanks THC!

The room was very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome facilities (indoor waterslide and hot-tub). The room was well fitted out and in great condition and modern. The only hotel we have stayed in with such a comprehensive channel selection. -

The location of the hotel was excellent. Rooms are spacious and equipped with microwave and fridge. The staff was very helpful...the cookies at the front desk were a welcome & yummy surprise! -

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

The hotel's location is good, for a stopover on the way to Whistler from Jasper. The design of the hotel was very pleasant and it was comfortable and clean. -
I love the fenced pet-run you have on locaqtion and your staff was very sweet with my Golden Retriever and spoiled him with treats and affections!

They had great food for kids & myself, the room was fantastic, very clean & comfortable as well, pricing was reasonable for everything. Kids loved the pool & I was able to just stay in the room to relax the staff watched the kids on video camera until they got out. They packed us some muffins for the next morning along with some butter

Keith was the night manager who greeted me as I entered the lobby and was very friendly and helpful! I had stayed there last September and the room was clean and bright. This time I was delighted to find that they had even made it nicer by having updated the linens, mattress and light fixtures, plus the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom seemed nicer than last time! Even though my stay was only for one night I enjoyed the comfort!! No negatives here at all and will book my stay there a

Riverland is on the river and not far off the highway in an industrial area. Next door is a cafe so that was convenient for dinner. There is a tiny breakfast room, a little pool and lots of grassy lawn with chairs and tables along the river. Definitely upgrade to a river room. Otherwise, the rooms face the parking lot and industrial area. -

Comfortable beds and rooms were good sized. Liked that the shower/toilet were separate from the sink and counter.
