This B&B is new and was opened in March 2013. Deborah Quartermain
was a wonderful host. It is very nicely decorated. The main floor has a

The Quartermain House is a beautifully appointed home that is also warm and inviting. The bathrooms are fabulous and the bedrooms are luxurious and cosy, greeting you with a dish of chocolates upon your arrival. Excellent value for our money. Service was exceptional right down to the breakfast which was designed especially (and thoughtfully) for us due to dietary restrictions. Cindy was exceptionally helpful and guided us in making our travel plans for the day. We would go back again and more importantly - highly recommend. -

Great breakfast - especially liked the detailed menu submitted the night before so we could choose exactly what we wanted. Welcoming and discreet hosts. Very convenient location and enjoyed an easy walk to restaurants, pubs, and historic sites. We stayed in the third-floor loft and appreciated having a private floor and private bath/shower!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and facility were very clean. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. I really liked that the room could be accessed from the hallway as well as a door to the outside. The price was one of the lowest in that area. -

The Staff were excellent. Cheryl on the front desk was simply amazing. Every hotel should have one.
We were very comfortable, the food was great, excellent service.
One of the few places I stayed where I did not have any negatives about the visit.

It was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up with our reservation, and the hotel was just about full, but they took care of us just fine. One room was upgraded to the new wing, so we could compare "standard" to "premium". The premium 2-queen room was quite a bit larger (as you'd hope).

The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful (Unfortunately, i have forgotten his name) and he had a great sense of humour. I really liked the idea that the room windows could open for "real" fresh air. Liked the option of the washer and dryer.

Quiet - did not here an airplane noise; it is in a residential area, but with a sort of park setting behind. Price within my budget - CAD 96 incl. taxes. Breakfast included.

loved the whole place. It was clean and had a decent cont. breakfast included. Desk clerks (maybe owners) were very friendly and of course we had a very friendly dog to greet us as we went for breakfast. :) We were very surprised when we walked into the room that it was a kitchenette and very spacious. Nice big bed. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

I came to Fredericton for the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival where my son was playing. From my arrival everybody I met was warm, helpful and friendly. The city was lovely, especially the university campus and Waterloo Row. I didn't have the time to visit much of what is clearly a very beautiful area but I certainly will at some time in the future. Thank you everyone.

This is a lovely, upscale hotel with a historic feel. My room was elegant, up-to-date, and very clean. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, too. Best Hotel location in the town, Staff was so friendly & everyone in the city was helpful and friendly too. Don't miss to have lunch or diner at the restaurant food was awesome I love it. also I suggest to have River Cruise it's just 5 mint walk from the hotel & it's unforgettable!!
