This is a lovely, upscale hotel with a historic feel. My room was elegant, up-to-date, and very clean. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, too. I was worried that it would be noisy because the room was right beside the elevators, but I didn't hear a sound. I had a delicious meal in the pub and a great breakfast. My breakfast waitress (Nat

Best Hotel location in the town, Staff was so friendly & everyone in the city was helpful and friendly too. Don't miss to have lunch or diner at the restaurant food was awesome I love it. also I suggest to have River Cruise it's just 5 mint walk from the hotel & it's unforgettable!!

Excellent value for our money. Service was exceptional right down to the breakfast which was designed especially (and thoughtfully) for us due to dietary restrictions. Cindy was exceptionally helpful and guided us in making our travel plans for the day. We would go back again and more importantly - highly recommend. -

The Staff were excellent. Cheryl on the front desk was simply amazing. Every hotel should have one.
We were very comfortable, the food was great, excellent service.
One of the few places I stayed where I did not have any negatives about the visit.
My family was very happy there as well.

... lo que la gente dice » m, bed (and bedding), decor, restaurant and lounge, business facilities, were all world-class. Food was delicious and staff was exceptionally warm and helpful. The river view from my room was spectacular, the walking trail was lovely. The shop and spa also very classy.

All round it was very nice! I had a suite which made my stay even nicer.
Got an excellent rate on-line for a suite ....but before booking I
called the 800 number and they told me there were no rooms available---
when in fact there was a major storm forecasted and the hotel was
empty!!!! I really don't like booking through a 800 number from the

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Continental breakfast was delicious and staff was super friendly and helpful.
