The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -
The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that. Bed was comfy, attached restaurant was convenient, and underground parking was really appreciated as it was very cold!! -

I had an early appt at the Edmonton Clinic and live 3 hours away. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, right from check-in to the servers in the restaurant. I was meeting someone who ended up being delayed so I had supper alone and the servers made me feel so welcome. I liked the sitting area near the lobby, it gave me somewhere to go other than my room. -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!

How quiet my room was. I was close to the elevators and was afraid that noise would keep me up, but I could hardly hear the hallway. I also liked that my thermostat was extremely adjustable and quick to respond. Very easy to get to and from the main highway and a short way from the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking, free wifi, with comfortable clean, well appointed rooms. There are nice linens, soaps and updated bathrooms. Bar fridge and coffee machine is handy. Staff most helpful and friendly. -

I stayed at your hotel with my daughter and grandson, I was looking for a hotel with a waterslide for my grandson and he really enjoyed the slide and pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast every morning was a great bonus. I would definitely stay again at your hotel the next time I am in Edmonton. -

Convenient location, comfortable room, quiet, pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The hotel met my needs as I stayed only briefly. If I was planning to stay longer or had small children with me, I would have wanted to have a car, as the hotel is situated in a high traffic, fairly remote location for a pedestrian/bus rider. -

Just kidding on the beach. Look, I stay at the delta because its a
manageable walk form the courthouse and is better priced than the
Westin. It works for me. Less expensive hotels are farther away and
for $20 more, the delta is certainly worth it. Plus I like the
