This hotel is new, well-maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The fitness centre is above par when compared to many similar hotels. The breakfast is also better than most. Excellent stay. -

The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -
The staff were accomadating, the breakfast wasalways great and fresh. The rooms were clean, spacious and accomadating to our needs.

We had an overnight stay with an early morning flight. Comfort, good shower and internet access in a quiet location were priorities. We also wanted a couple of hours at West Edmonton mall for shopping. The excellent friendly and helpful staff capped off a stay that fulfilled all of our requirements; in fact exceeded our expectations. -

The host was very welcoming and we were made to feel much at home. Everything was ready and the room was quite comfortable. Although we had to be up and out rather early, there was some food left for us to take on our way. I would use this B&B again if staying in Edmonton. -

Amazing breakfast!! Personally cooked for us, great selection, very tasty.
Very close to WEM, only a 5 minute drive away, but nice and quiet and feels like an escape.

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Edmonton Queen visible from our room. The Confederation Bar was a great place to see 3 wedding parties getting pictures taken on the amazingly large
balcony.We got free valet parking because we have a Hybrid vehicle.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. The room was large with two very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi and parking were free. We went to an excellent Chop restaurant next to the hotel car park. Good breakfast included. -
A great place to go for our anniversary. Comfy and had all that we needed.
Hot tub was very nice.
Oh yes! The breakfast was exceptional!

I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! -

I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool

The room was large and clean. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

The rooms are beautiful, the king suite was amazing. Our daughter loved the pool and the location was so easy to get to on the South Side of Edmonton. A total win, and our 5th stay at this location! -

Very easy to get to and from the main highway and a short way from the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking, free wifi, with comfortable clean, well appointed rooms. There are nice linens, soaps and updated bathrooms. Bar fridge and coffee machine is handy. Staff most helpful and friendly. -
