I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

balcony.We got free valet parking because we have a Hybrid vehicle.

This hotel is great value with a wonderful location in downtown
Edmonton. It is only a short walk to all sorts of shops and
restaurants. The legislature is also near by. We found the staff
friendly and helpful. -

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.

This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud
Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The
hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff

Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful. Stay @ this hotel every visit to Edmonton. -

Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery.
Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. -

staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They
treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning
staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup

perfect for getting just about anywhere on the south side. We were at
the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive. -
This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices
posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were
loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me
as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very
relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning.

The room was large with two very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi and parking were free. We went to an excellent Chop restaurant next to the hotel car park. Good breakfast included. -
A great place to go for our anniversary. Comfy and had all that we needed.
Hot tub was very nice.
Oh yes! The breakfast was exceptional!

I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool
was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food
than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly
surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the

The room was large and clean. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! -

We had an overnight stay with an early morning flight. Comfort, good shower and internet access in a quiet location were priorities. We also wanted a couple of hours at West Edmonton mall for shopping. The excellent friendly and helpful staff capped off a stay that fulfilled all of our requirements; in fact exceeded our expectations. -

which made it that much more fun. The free breakfast was amazing. We
travel a lot and this was the best breakfast we have encountered. Lots
of delicious hot selections and even fresh fruit, which is rare.
