The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean.

The room was very clean, and the bed confortable.
The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.

Great location in the old town of Plovdiv. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean large room ( room with 8 windows!), large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of cooked, fruit or selection of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc.

Замечательный отель! Уютный, чистый и спокойный. После долгой дороги был обеспечен там качественный и хороший отдых. Hotel looks very interesting inside. I had got very clean room. Wi-fi worked good. I needed a shuttle service from the airport and they came quickly to pick me from there. Friendly staff!
