El hotel está muy bien y cerca de todo. La excepto porque se olvidaron de limpiar mi habitación un día, hubo una atención personal de emergencia que me dejo sorprendido, por la amabilidad del personal. Servicio de personal de recepción, transporte, y limpieza de las habitaciones bueno. Desayuno con excelente calidad, variedad, presentación y servicio.
Buena ubicación en cuanto a restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y auto mercados.
Metro y buses se pueden tomar a corta distancia caminando.

The newly remodeled rooms are something...queen size beds typical of what you find in the US, large LCD, and perfect for long term stays.

This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -

Excellent breakfast included in price. Employees spoke excellent English. Right next door to great shopping mall. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room).
