My room was huge and modern, with a nice city view, a little kitchenette and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and varied. The roof terrace has amazing views of the whole city! The location was also ideal for what I wanted: a safe, quiet area about a 15-minute walk from Paulista Avenue, the MASP Art Museum and the shops on Oscar Freire. There's a big Carrefour supermarket on the next block and there are loads of restaurants,

The newly remodeled rooms are something...queen size beds typical of what you find in the US, large LCD, and perfect for long term stays.

This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -

Excellent breakfast included in price. Employees spoke excellent English. Right next door to great shopping mall. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room).
