The Aphrodite B& B was of 5 star standard with spacious rooms furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The host Heidi & Dirk were superb and most welcoming.
The breakfasts were wonderful and would keep us going for the day.
We would definitely stay there again.
Ideally located for Ieper and the battlefields of the First World War. Dirk is a first class guide to the area.

A cosy small hotel. Very good to relax from the stress of the city. Very good service and a good and quiet breakfast. You can even sleep in because the breakfast can be taken until noon. Rooms are all individual and lovely designed. The hot tub and the gardens were a great place to relax on a night. Wally's restaurant is fantastic, best evening of our trip. Wally sings Elvis' songs on Fridays and Saturdays only 500m from the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean.The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was typical continental and was always fresh, a good selection of meat and cheeses, various types of bread and preserves, pastries etc. Fruit juice, coffee and cereals also available.Very nice.
Would definitely stay there again.
