Excellent service at the hotel made it a pleasant stay. Wolfgang even went out of his way to help us book tickets to the railway train & gave us recommendations on where to go on rainy days, which was much needed with a 2.5 yr old toddler in tow.
Our room was very clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped.
There was a good selection at that buffet breakfast as well as a big collection of toys in the children's corner which kept our toddler very happy.

The stuff was very kind and cheerful. The breakfast area was nicely designed and the food they served was diversified and in good quality. The rooms were spacious comfortable; the rooms in the old building has a historical atmosphere while the rooms in the newer building has a contemporary color presumably co-ordinated elaborately. -

It was two rooms apartment. It has balcony, kitchen corner with all necessaries and separated bedroom with very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and nice design. Wifi has strong signal in lobby and sometimes it works at apartment. -

Buen desayuno, magnífica terraza sobre el lago. El parking pilla lejos pero se puede llegar hasta el hotel en coche para dejar las maletas e ir a aparcar después. De todas maneras hay servicio "shuttle" y el parking muy barato tan solo 9 euros toda la noche (hay que pulsar el botón que dice HOTEL en la barrera). -
