  The hotel was central, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, with a hot choice cooked to order. - This was one of the best hotels we stayed in and would recomend it to anyone going to that area everything was top class no faults at all very well done

  We stayed two days in a very pleasant hotel. Room was huge, very comfortable and very clean. Nice restaurant for dinner & rich Breakfast buffet. Above all, the couple’s running the place are extremely nice as can be and would do anything possible to please & help. We've enjoyed our stay at Bürglstein very much and would recommend it to everybody ag - Excellent service at the hotel made it a pleasant stay. Wolfgang even went out of his way to help us book tickets to the railway train & gave us recommendations on where to go on rainy days, which was much needed with a 2.5 yr old toddler in tow. Our room was very clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped. There was a good selection at that buffet breakfast as well as a big collection of toys in the children's corner which kept our toddler very happy.

  哪里都好！ 当时我预定了两晚面向湖泊的房间，价格是390欧，但入住前4、5天收到酒店确认信时，发现他们给我安排的是面向市集的房间，价格也是390欧。当时我挺生气的，因为这两间房的价格肯定是不一样的，你不能既给我降低了房型，又要按高价收我房费。于是就一直跟酒店发邮件沟通，他们也比较“不解”是哪里出现了预定错误，但后果就是酒店只能提供给我们一晚的湖景房，后面一晚我们要换到市景房去，本来我是有点不太满意的，可后来结账时酒店给了8折，so。。。也算我们赚到了，毕竟市景房也很舒服的。 PS：这里很多中国人住的，早餐有鸡汤面，大家各种排队喝啊。。。 PPS：提醒一下大家，这里的超市周末是关门的，所以如果想买酒或者吃的在房间阳台上食用的话，要提前做好准备。 - 这个酒店就在摆渡船码头边上，很容易找。入... 别人怎么说 » 住时发现酒店很体贴的给中国旅游留了个符合中国电气的插头，不用转换插头。在房间的露台上看风景，发呆是超享- 受的事。早餐方面酒店方还为中国游客准备了鸡汤面，不过早到的房客能吃到，晚到的就没的吃了。
