  Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The queen spa room number 15 was the quietest and most relaxing room i have stayed in anywhere. The location was in the perfect position, very close to family who live locally and within an easy 20 minute drive to Ballina Airport.   Very friendly and helpful owners. Room we stayed in (twin) well decorated and the ensuite was a good size with nice toiletries. All very clean. Good sized room with nice furnishings. Access to tea/coffee making facilities in room. Also able to make light breakfast in room if you wanted to self cater.
