  Very clean and tidy, well presented excellent housekeeping and close to shops, cafe's and some great coffee spots.   Unfortunately our stay was short as we were on our way back to Sydney. Hopefully next time we can make the stay longer. I am always impressed with the cleanliness where I am staying.   It was our first trip to Melbourne. We had a family of 6 stay in the 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. It was very spacious and clean. The servicing was great, loved having everything done for us. The kids loved the second story and balcony and sleeping in the huge beds. Loved going for walks and seeing the ducks and swans. Hearing the frogs. The pool and spa - The service at Reception was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and presented in a warm and welcoming manner. A few lights were on and the unit had been warmed. All items used in the unit were in working order. Parking and access was excellent. I would definitely stay at this accommodation again and I would recommend it to others.

  Staff very, very friendly. Very gorgeous cottage with very cosy atmosphere. With public transport (busstop just outside the B&B) and train to Flinders Station within 30 minutes. Nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also right by the waterfront with fantastic view over Melbourne City. Breakfast could have been eaten inside or outside on the terrace and it was delicious. Wonderful setting and a fantastic B & B. We were bumped up to a spa room which was lovely.
