  The staff were most concerned for my comfort and well being. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with great kindness. I travel from Canberra to Tumut reasonaby often and will certainly make this motel my usual place to stay.   Really helpful staff, good communications, good pricing, very comfortable, clean and quiet, well planned facilities, comfortable, ran 100km from Tumbarumba on forest trails so I just wanted to get in, shower, relax, and have quiet and comfort. The staff made sure that everything was in order and easy to access. They were great. I'd definitely stay... lo que la gente dice » at the Merivale again. - Loved the room, it was nice and modern. It was close to town too. I also liked that the owners rung to confirm and also pre booked us in and sent a text with details of how to get our key after hours as we were arriving around 6pm. Little extras such as leaving some breakfast for us and heated towel racks and foxtel made this a great value stay.
