Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up!
We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground. Rooms were good and clean with coffee/tea facilities which provided our good start

The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and we appreciated her knowledgeable of the area. The lodge has a lovely character, was very clean, up to date in design and comfortable. Its also central to the uni, a lively pocket of wonderful little restaurants and general shopping.

EVERYTHING! The place does not look amazing from the outside but my was it a delight upon entrance and seeing the garden. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room. Is surrounded by fast food outlets and close enough to drive to the city and shopping centers. -

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Good sized room. Everything in the room worked & was nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Helpfull staff. We had a room at the back - so it was very quiet even though the motel is on a busy road (recommend to ask for this). -

Facilities are not too fancy, pretty much Backpacker average. Wifi free
of charge but unstable. -
