My partner and I booked 4 nights here as it was a great price and

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels. The breakfast was amazing every morning & had a great sele

Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

The staff were warm, friendly, very helpful, and available. The room we had suited our needs perfectly,and any extra crockery was provided immediately so that we could entertain family. I can't fault this as a place to stay. It was very good value for money and we are planning to return. -
