I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy
for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome
view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved
the bed and linen. The shower and toilet was clean with luxurious soft

My thank you to receptionist Isabel;a top reception from a listening and
caring front office representative. Also,good marks for the staff member
who attended to room 601 . Breakfast buffet:the missing pump handle on
the coffee was replaced for the following morning's sitting.Thank
you all. Great laundry work by the staff ...the bed linen was tops !!

every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room

Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.
