Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. Nice outside space on the ground floor - recommend ground floor rooms. -

... lo que la gente dice » tanding and well maintained. It is the thing we will remember most about our stay. I hasten to add that all the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. One in particular that stands out was "Suzie" at the "coffee bar" downstairs.

The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were
lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely
and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good.

For me it was great as I work to do at night and the motel rooms were quiet spacious and relaxing. Would refer to anybody. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay.

We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.
I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Thank you so much. -

The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you. We will definitely be going back. -

All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic.
The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout.
The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus.

requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management
which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in
for breakfast which suited us otherwise we would have to eat out 3-meal
a day. Front desk staff was helpful.

The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

Had the best three nights sleep in the bed. Constant hot water in the shower. Big spacious dining and lounge area. Great view. Lovely kitchen with big fridge and laundry. Air conditioning was quiet.

The location is excellent, the ground opening out on to Mission beach. The restaurant is delightful and has an open area for warm barmy evening dining. Excellent food from imaginative chefs. Comfortable beds and we had a lovely large balcony overlooking the sea. -

My wife and i liked the style of the Resort and how clean and well presented it was , it made you feel welcome as soon as you entered which was nice.We also liked how handy it was to everything you didn't have to drive unless you really wanted to. So yes we will be back for sure. Thank You -

The room was alot bigger then we were expecting which was great and we liked that there was an extra bathroom, sure made getting ready to go out less painful. Loved our apartment with its central courtyard.Felt very secure and very spacious. Had a modern clean design that worked well. There was room to be on your own or plenty space to gather as a group.Lovely big covered deck with table and BBQ. Great Bistro attached which catered for take out or dine in. Would love to re visit.
