  Everything about the Port Douglas Motel was excellent! The location was excellent, it was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. One of the best hotel/motel experiences I've had. Not to mention that the price was unbeatable! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. - Loved this place! They say more than just a motel ... lo que la gente dice » and how true! All the little extras were included like robes, candles, mozzie coils and so forth ... more than you would expect from a budget resort. Such a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.

  Very clean and the owners very helpful. The breakfast were well presented and delicious also the use of local foods. The ambiance of the B&B made our stay wishing to go back. We will recommend to all our friends. - Was close to the esplanade. 5-10 minute walk only

Friendly staff. Knew when rooms were being cleaned between 9 and 11 so could go out then and know would come back to clean room. While it was fluorescent tube lighting it was much better than the trend towards dimly lit rooms that we seem to have experienced so often of late.
