The hotel is located in beautifully landscaped grounds with access to numerous swimming pools and the beach. We had a ery spacious room with very comfortable beds.Excellent views over palm trees to Whitsunday Island from the large balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff despite being very busy. Very comfortable. The hotel staff were fabulous - nothing was too much
trouble. Housekeeping was excellent. Ample laundry facilities
discreetly located.
There is a fabulous free shuttle bus service which stops at the front entrance. The sea view rooms have the most spectacular view - waking up each morning looking out over the bay is an absolute joy!! Free wifi internet, available throughout the hotel and pool area, was a real bonus.

I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Brenda and steve were most welcoming,friendly and very helpful...the shops and beach are in walking distance...very comfortable and relaxing...I have a 14 and 17 year old and they were quite happy...we stayed for 7 nights , wanted to stay an extra one but unfortunately they had been booked out...would definately come back and stay here.. thank you
