I stayed for a week, the staff were very very helpful either about the public buses (bus stop next door) or activities to do, really nice and quiet in the evenings. we stayed two nights at this hotel. we got a specious apartment with a spa bath. everything was spotlessly clean. well equipped kitchen, and a good a/c. there is even a secure guest parking. the staff was very ftiendly and extremely helpful. location is also very good. a walking distance to mitchell street but not too close to hear the noise. even the supermarket is around the corner. and price was just right to give a great value for money. absolutely recommended.

Excellent location and close proximity to CBD and able to walk to quite a few attractions in Darwin itself. Short trip to Cullen Bay Ferry, Mindl Markets and Darwin Sailing Club to watch sunset which is a must. Very friendly accommodating staff and service of rooms excellent. -

Great room with fridge so you can prepare your own meals if on a budget! Staff were fantastic, knowledgeable about the area, helped us plan where to go, which buses to get and even helped us with setting up an Australian mobile (this was our first stop of our year in Australia)... 5 star service couldn't have asked for better hosts! The location to airport, city access and beyond to the great outdoors was excellent. The newly renovated disable room with adjoining family unit was very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful, cheery and pleasant. 10min walk to supermarket, chemist, bakery etc., would certainly consider staying again. We liked the friendliness of the staff and management; It is close to a bus stop; buses ran at regular intervals; for any gripes one only had to ask; we went for a rest and had one; we recommend this place to be given serious conisideration for a relaxing holiday - it would also suit the get out and go set as well.

Rooms were maintained daily with fresh towels as required. It had a pool for relaxation. I look forward to returning in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

We only stayed here for a night returning to Melbourne from Uluru/Yulara.
Booked a family room, room was clean, the place is pretty quiet (good to sleep without noises), the location is right in front of the casino (if you after something in this quiet city).

The Alice Motor Inn is a real gem in the heart of Alice Springs. The motel is run by a family, and both Gee and Carmel are excellent hosts. We immediately felt welcomed and, judging for their attitude to us and what we observed in their interaction with other guests, nothing is too much trouble.
They provide a well-equipped kitchen for the use of guests, as well as a laundry and line for drying clothes. There is a small but pristine pool.
We would highly recommend to anyone who wants a comf

They were quiet and situated in pretty gardens.
