We loved the sunny outlook from our apartment over the pool. The rooms were well furnished and spacious. The gardens and pool were immaculately kept - all very clean, and the hedges were beautifully clipped and provided privacy to the ground floor residents. -

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic and easily within walking distance of the town, shopping, restaurants and river walk. We had a great stay and just wish it had been longer. -

It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea

loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

We are a family of two younger children and two teenagers so quite hard to please but we all enjoyed our stay at the Ki-Ea Apartments. Very spacious and clean accommodation and balconies. Feeding the birds ind the morning - our boys love it. The stars at night. And then the fact, that we were living in the middle of the bush - the cabins blend in and we felt so avay from everything. The bushewalks are great and the staff very good at telling about where to go and al the animals.
