We loved our room, a 2 bedroom. It had lots of space with a big shag rug in the lounge area. Very tastefully decorated. Great kitchen area if you wanted to cook. All the essentials. Loved the river view from our room. Great walking track very close by. Ballina has a great pizza place that delivers. A fantastic place to stay. Loved It !!! -

We would stay again when we return to Ballina. Peter and Dinah are a lovely couple and very helpful. Thank you again for making our time very enjoyable.

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it. -
I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

Location is awesome with fantastic beaches, walks and great restaurants within walking distances. Ocean views from the apartment were brilliant. -
Most things were wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Would have liked to stay longer.

people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the

Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment. The view. The location. This is probably like "i'm living my dream moment". Such a beautiful apartment with beach view. Fews steps away from the beach. McDonalds and restaurants on the ground floor, big supermarkets a few meters away, bus stop near the apartment, few kms away from the airport.

The penthouse apartment we stayed in was really nice, everything was quite new and the staff were really friendly. We loved the layout of the apt beautifully maintained pools and gardens and location on the beach and close proximity to Kingscliff. Highlight was our rooftop terrace for sunset drinks & nibbles at sunset! -

harbor, the services available in room, laundry service was perfect,
breakfast was amazing because of the variety of food that was available
(asian, european, hot/cold), certainly not the cheapest hotel in
town but worthwhile every cent -

Richard & myself were impressed with the presentation of all the
staff. They were always friendly and courteous with a smile on their
face. The two young porters or concierges went out of their way to look
after us, even suggesting places to see and dine at outside the resort.

Our room was beautiful. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent, the fireplaces, the overall ambiance of the public and guest rooms was inviting and comfortable. We'll be back for our 1st Anniversary in July 2014. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to getaway and enjoy a relaxing peaceful environemnt with excellent service and great food.
