Port Macquarie is a charming town. The staff are very friendly, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant very good and the grounds very well kept. Obviously a well managed property.   As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel. There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift. The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop

  We are a family of two younger children and two teenagers so quite hard to please but we all enjoyed our stay at the Ki-Ea Apartments. Very spacious and clean accommodation and balconies. Well equipped kitchen and parents area away from childrens which was nice.   Loved the room & view was fantastic. Don't understand why the room we stayed in was just called riverview. While this is true we could see the ocean clearly.
