Genrlly quite acceptable. 800 metres to main restauramt/shopping area beside the river, but we were happy to go to the local byo Thai restaurant (and an Italian restaurant also nearby) which was only around 250metres away. - The motel was 1st class.   Staff were very friendly. Easy walking distance to shops, park & waterfront. The unit was very comfortable and nicely furnished, very surprised to find such a well equipped kitchen.   Apartments were a good size, kitchen was well furnished and staff were friendly. When we arrived the lady on reception was very friendly and polite, she gave us a map of the area and took the time to point out where the beach, restaurants and where the supermarkets were. Lovely grounds and great BBQ area with a choice of 3 good swimming pools, 1 was heated. Covered car parking. Rooms well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.
