The apartment was roomy with luxury amenities, high end toiletries, a Nespresso machine, ice maker, luxury ensuite and spa, etc. beautiful views over the beach and main shopping area. -
Location was fantastic - easy access to everything: beach, pool, shops.
Staff were friendly.
This is an excellent resort.

I gave my parents 5 days stay with Sandcastles as a xmas gift. They both had to postpone their stay due to health issues but the staff were very understanding, re-booking was not an issue and my parents commented on how nice the staff were during their stay!

We stayed in an executive (ie: renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. The decor was mostly modern, and the older furniture was still clean, stable and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing (we stayed in room 67, on the 5th floor) of the beach. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. -

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with beach/ocean views.
As we are an older couple is was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The convenience of the restaurants and shopping just below the resort was a bonus. The kitchen was at the front of the apartment, great idea.The pool and spa great, no problems. -

the decor was lovely. The position was awesome. The price was very doable. We only live in Caloundra but we chose to stay at Raffles for my daughters 18th. Very relaxing....I loved it totally and it has a fantastic view. Thank you Bob for an awesome weekend

My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor.
It was compact, clean and self contained.
All appliances were in good order and worked.
The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows.
The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq.

Our second visit to Landmark-this time for a family gathering and a two
bed apartment. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the
7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location.
Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two
cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure.
We will be back.

the care and consideration given to us upon leaving as there was a power outage and everyone was eager to assist us as i had my elderly mother and motherinlaw with my wife and myself and we were on the top floor thankyou. -
