  I liked the fact that we had a sizeable suite (i.e. bedroom separate lounge & kitchen) for a similar price to what others were charging just for a motel room. It was close to the CBD, even though the road was reasonably quiet.   Loved the beds, we all slept well, even our bad back boy. The tub chair was perfect for him.
