  I liked the fact that we had a sizeable suite (i.e. bedroom separate lounge & kitchen) for a similar price to what others were charging just for a motel room. It was close to the CBD, even though the road was reasonably quiet.   this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.
