The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

The staff were very nice, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and that was yummy. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel is easy to get to with free parking on the street on the weekend. A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.
