This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The gentleman at the front desk (guy from Tonga) very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have whitel linens. We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up.

amazing: 5 minutes walk from Darling Harbour and the Star Casino! Our
room was fairly big, hence the fact, I cannot understand people
complaining on their reviews about the size of their room (maybe I was
just lucky?!). The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody
goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. The water was hot and the ensuite, while querky was functional. The free wi-fi worked very well with no fuss getting it going and there was even a computer in the room. Good value food was available close by and there was great coffee on the next block down.
