  Rooms were warm and clean. We were very happy with the facilities - especially the games room for the kids. We would recommend this hotel to families. - Good location and value for money, friendly staff. Plenty of choice of pillows is welcome

  The Chalet was run by a very lovely, accommodating family with friendly staff. After hitting the snow on Saturday, we enjoyed several games of pool with drinks from the bar. Then it was board games by the fireplace, before sitting down to a delicious roast lamb dinner with entrees and dessert in the restaurant.   We found the managers very helpful. On the second night of our stay 6 tiles fell off in the shower and nearly caused some personal damage. They were very helpful and offered us to change rooms. As we were exhausted from skiing all day we declined but the room next door was vacant so for safety reasons we utilised that shower. It is not often that you find such high levels of customer s - The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a flat battery one of the mornings and the owner helped us jump start the car and we still got up the mountain for first lifts! The breakfast was great and staff were happy to put on whatever sport we wanted to watch on the big screen in the bar.
