  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

  The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night.   I enjoyed my stay at Atrium. Our room was very comfortable and although I thought it inconvenient at first I did like the extra security with the key to open and shut entrance to car park.   I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.
