  It is a small hotel (8 rooms) and each room is quite small but very tastefully appointed with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. It is spotlessly clean (and I am very fussy), and there is a fully equipped kitchen for guest's use which is also spotless. It is also withing walking distance of the town centre. - Very helpfull and friendly staff,the room was imaculate as were all facilities.The location is very good for ease of access to town and beyond,i would have no hessatation in reccomending this motel,and look forward to futher visits in the future.

  Magnificant views to the hills overlooking pastures full of cows complete with a beautiful sunset all at our back door, plus a very comfortable bed at the end of the day. - Friendly and helpful staff. Modern motel in nice setting. Good location for visiting Barrington Tops for birdwatchers. Handy for small town with nice pub and good food.
