Spent the final two nights in Perth at Pier 21 (Executive 1-room apartment). I must say that it's the best decision we made.

Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Staff all the way through were really smiley and friendly. I thought the personalised greeting card upon arrival in the room was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who were
outstanding. The business center had 4 computers and a printer which can
be used to print tickets. The hotel is caddy corner from a public
parking lot that charges $7aud for all day parking. The hotel is a short
walk from many restaurants, cafes, and shops (including a Coles). I

I booked to stay at the Esplanade Hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we could not have been happier with everything, in particular the staff at the reception desk as well as the concierge were extremely polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family! Thank you for a great weekend!!

Very comfortable living, good size and in a great location in the center of Fremantle. Restaraunts, bars, pubs and all of Fremantles attractions within walking distance and Perht is just a 30min train trip.
Was very quiet even on a Friday night, was really suprised considering its location jsut off the main street.

The customer service was superb. The staff member really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Facilities second to none for ll of Perth, in this price range. I often stay in Perth for work and will be back to N=Banister Suites.
