  Location good- not intruded by city negatives but close enough to be easy to access all south, west and sth-east Brisy locations. Cleanliness excellent. Supplied Breakfast extremely helpful for busy schedule. Free wifi internet access is extremely useful. Affordable Brisy stay. I found the accommodation to be very comfortable and would highly recomend the Pixy B&B.
