Very good location, beautiful view facing the inlet wharf. Quiet but
very close to woolworth, restaurants and gift shops. The room was
thougtfully set up with full kitchen equipments as well as basic

We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. We were given a free upgrade to a double bathroom lux villa to accomodate our family of 6.
The pools were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed the splash park, jumping pillows, and playground. -

The staff were very helpful in assisting us with organising trips to the reef. The apartment was clean and bright, and we were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment. We realised that the view of the ocean would be a narrow view as we would not be at the front of the complex. We will return next year. -

Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots
of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely
helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits.
The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from
the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights
for our next Cairns holiday!

Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

I loved staying at Koala Court Holiday Apartments. Andy and his wife were so accommodating and really took such good care of my friends and me during our stay. We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.
