  Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

  Bronwyn and David are real friends, you will feel as know them for a long time. You will taste the best banana bread around the world. Me and my friend enjoyed staying there for couple of nights and we went to some lovely places around Bundanoon which were suggested by Bronwyn and David. Moreover, the room was fantastic, equipped - We loved the friendly attitude of the hosts, the fact that on arrival in the evening after work we were made to relax with Port, Sherry and home-cooked little cookies/cakes , as well as excellent accommodation. We were only sorry that we were only able to stay one night before going on to our pre-arranged stay in Canberra.
