The lovely friendly staff, who bent over backwards to assure our needs were met. Spacious and comfortable room. Luckily got corner spa room with courtyard. Went for a concert and very convenient location. Will stay here again. Breakfast staff and reception staff were very friendly. Quiet and peaceful in the city... fantastic!!

Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

was fantastic they certainly go the extra yards -
Excellent location for ease of getting to airport. Many good local restaurants if you are there on a weekend when their restaurant is closed.

The staff were friendly & only too happy to help. We stayed here as it was close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for the Pink concert, they provided Transfers there & back, as well as a dinner package. Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus.
I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unit that I stayed in was clean, neat and spacious. It is conveniently close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and everything I needed was there.

Manager was very helpful, room was spacious, quiet location if you stay at the rear wing, close to all the food joints. Very good Value for money, You get all the Kids channel + Sports and Movies on Foxtel thats a big + will keep your kids busy. Overall our stay was very comfortable. -
