  Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, straight across the road from Glenelg beach. The road in front of the apartment is pedestrians only - no traffic other than cycles so very peaceful.The complex has some very interesting nautical items outside which gives the place plenty of character. Would definately recommend a stay if you can get a good price. - The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

  The Mansions is well located in the retail heart of Adelaide. the suite was a great size. the suite was at the building's rear so although the outlook is not great, it was very quiet. Having a kitchen is great for self catering.   Very clean and well appointed. Very nice kitchen for self catering. Liked the snack packs - a life saver (!) and the plunger coffee was wonderful - a nice touch. The flats were so central to everything. We hired a car but didn't need it while in Adelaide itself - only when we went to the Barossa Valley.   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... lo que la gente dice » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  Sharyn on arrival was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Room was available in the morning even though we got there before checkin time. Room was small but had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and nice decor. Loved the balcony and north facing room. We had a great view of the courtyard below.   The location was excellent, staff were very helpful and there was a sense of security.Access to sopping and dining out were excellent and the suite was well equipped if you were eating in. - Great location.Busy street but considerably quieter than you might expect. Great front counter staff.They were friendly,knowledgeable and happy to help.

  I have read a lot of negative comments about the ambassadors hotel. If you are expecting the Hilton don't stay there. We found it very clean, comfortable & friendly. Great value for location. The apartment had great facilities for a medium term stay - good kitchen, excellent washing machine and drier. Free wi-fi internet and very cheap printing was a real bonus.
