  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -... lo que la gente dice » Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).
